Jared is uniquely equipped to serve both church and organizational leaders with a rare combination of spiritual wisdom, relevant education, and practical expertise.
Professional and Ministry Experience
Over the past 10 years, Jared has consulted in both the public and private sectors, helping leaders navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence. His work focuses on aligning vision with actionable strategy, whether in school districts, nonprofits, or faith-based organizations.
Jared also brings 20 years of hands-on ministry experience, including 5 years as a co-vocational staff member and 15 years as a dedicated lay leader. His ministry background spans youth and adult discipleship, volunteer training, leadership development, church finance, church planting, church mergers, and more. This broad experience allows him to understand and support the realities pastors and church leaders face—both on the platform and behind the scenes.
